Semillas Individual and Couples Therapy

I am a bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Los Angles and the proud daughter of immigrants. I belief deeply in offering a safe, welcoming space for underrepresented communities to heal from trauma. My work supports individuals exploring and processing childhood wounds, trauma, and anxiety. I also guide clients in reconnecting with their inner child/nino/a/e through somatic practices and art therapy practices. I am especially passionate about working with couples, who are seeking to rebuild connection and trust-especially after infidelity. In therapy couples learn to understand each others love language, rediscover their friendship and strength intimacy. I provide hands-on exercises and meaningful homework to help partners practice and apply tools outside of session, fostering lasting change.
